The 2023 northern hemisphere reporting forms for noctilcuent clouds are now open:
Please remember to also submit negative reports - nights when the sky is clear but no NLC was seen.
Also remember that NLC can be anything from horizon-hugging to whole sky, so observe carefully, rather than expect them to jump out at you.
Binoculars of 10x30 or 10x50 are useful.
Typical season is ~20th May to ~10th August.
