The painting shows 2 Anarchists, who digged a tunnel under the village Lützerath in Germany. They managed to stay 6 days in the tunnel. Due to that, and other occupations in trees, buildings, tripods, Barrikades, the eviction wasn' t that 'easily' as RWE / the Cops, thought.
They introduced themselves as Pinky & brain.
Their names are written in fat, pink letters on the bottom of the Canvas.

They are sitting in the tunnel, masked, with sunglasses. Right to pinky is a plant with violet blossoms. Pinky makes a call on a white phone with wire.
He wears a woolen pullover with couloured stripes. Some are pink, blue and black.

In fact, this mysterious figure already appeared in 2018, during the defense of the ZAD (the "Zone to Defend," a longtime squatted area where the residents blocked the construction of an airport) at Notre-Dame-des-Landes.
According to le Monde, the police ambushed the monk among a group of other defenders. The monk threw three buckets of water at the police, proclaiming "I baptize you in the name of the ZAD!" In the ensuing chaos, he made off with one of their batons.
