Exemplar de polla d'aigua, el dilluns va ser la primera vegada que en veia una al Racó de l'Olla. És un pardal molt comú l'Albufera. Molts d'ells viuen en zones molt properes als pobles en les séquies i prop canyars.

Pense que una de les aus més boniques que podem trobar durant tot l'any als arrossars de l'Albufera és el #moret o #picaport el seu llarg pic i els matisos verds i rojos del seu plomatge negre són espectaculars.

Teen birds can be confusing, especially for new birdwatchers. They have the coolest patterns and colorations going on, and it is fantastic that it is possible to see them even into fall. The calendar birds for August, September and October are teens. There’s a Rubythroated #Hummingbird, a juvenile Brownheaded #Cowbird, and a teen Northern #Cardinal.
