Info: The Kumano Trail was used exclusively by emperors and samurai in the 12th century. In search of spiritual enlightenment, pilgrims made great efforts. Manor House - Highbury & Islington

I love the decorative tiles that you can find at each Victoria Line station. This design by Edward Bawden, depicts a manor house which was built in 1271 & owned by a military monastic order. It was destroyed in the Peasant's Revolt of 1381.

Curves - Reading

The tube map features many stops outside London city. With the recent Elizabeth line addition, I have a host of new stations to visit.
