Im not going to lie, my experience has not been great thus far... why is it so hard for ActivityPub to work properly?
I downloaded the ActivityPub plug-in for my wordpress blog; that ID is Tsesi@anikutani.ddns.net
I can see this user on Nerdica and pleroma.com, though it wont come up at all on cliq.social (Misskey instance)
However, my blog posts arent coming up when I visit the identifier on either Nerdica or Pleroma. Nothing. I sent a rrequest from both to folow my blog user.. and on Pleroma it says request sent. My understanding is that wordpress should auto accept. I'm not seeing anywhere from the wordpress side to accept or deny though both my Nerdica and pleroma accounts are listed under followers on the wordpress side.
I'm not sure what can can be done without more accessibly to the plug-in configuration and this is frustrating. I shouldnt have to work so hard for the basic protocol to work out of the box like that. I want decentralized social media but I'm not ditching word-press to see if the Fediverse takes off. Therefore I suppose my blog content will just be unfederated. On the plus side I run my own webserver so I'm not too worried about censorship.
If it makes any difference the format is set to note instead of article or wordpress.
I can always post links to my entries as a status but this is rather crude.... I want better solutions than facebook, which also instead great with blog support btw. I feel like while the Fediverse is really missing out on sharing and agregating blog content. Honestly I think we need a Federated rss agregator... so we can either have accounts for blogs or include related feeds in the activity pub info along with statuses and other media. It would be great if you could go to a users profile and click on something like "users RSS feeds" to view their feed just like you would their stats (but seperated as to not seem like spam). Federating RSS would be a great way to bring our not Federated content into the Federated network.
Surely someone as made or is working on a platform that manages RSS feeds and assigns them AP IDs Is there not a platform where x@instancex can act as a portal or different streams of x@instancey and x@instance z. I understand the point is to just have one interface you prefer as a frontent to the federated AP backend... but surely there is more support for bloggers, writers and content providers out there?
I really have no desire to get rid of wordpress for a federated CPMS or blogging platform so.... I suppose ill only just hang from time to time and see whats up.

Anyway, some more hints & tips: it massively helps when you use hashtags like #ActivityPub, #friendica or #wordpress. Second, there is a forum where someone might be able to help or maybe explain things and how they work/are implemented.
